Hydraulic Fitter - Hose Doctor
Job Description:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Repairs to hydraulic components > cylinders, pumps, motors, etc.
- Hydraulic hose manufacturing and fitting
- Hydraulic installations
- Troubleshooting
Skills and Experience:
- Be mechanically minded
- Be honest and reliable
- Provide a high level of skill, competence and professionalism
- Have the ability to build great working relationships with team mates
- Possess excellent communication skills

Mobile Hose Technician
Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Hose Technician to join one of our Perth Metro locations
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide technical service and troubleshooting support
- Repair and replace hydraulic hoses at customer and mine sites as required
- Conduct tests of mechanical systems on site as required
- Count and replace products on site as required
- Manufacture hose assemblies
- Pick, pack customer orders and complete relevant paperwork as required
- Identify sales opportunities through product cross selling and optimisation
- Ensure all activities are completed in a timely manner and liaise closely with other key stakeholders within the organisation, as well as external and internal customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction is achieved
- Provide great customer service with a high degree of professionalism and presentation
- Work in a professional and safe manner at all time and maintain all relevant mine inductions
Skills and Experience:
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
- Strong knowledge of, and experience in, hydraulic hose and fittings
- Broad exposure to service/repair of hydraulic and pneumatic Industrial/Mobile equipment
- Relevant trade or TAFE qualifications or at least 3 years or experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current driver's license, preferably an LR type
- Logical problem solving skills
- Good organisation, presentation and customer service skills

Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a experiences store person to join our Forrestfield Branch
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Unloading and loading of transport vehicles
- Goods receipt and storage of all goods in accordance with company procedures, including Dangerous Goods management
- Raise purchase requisitions for goods and services
- Carry out stock management activities including stock reconciliation, goods issuing and cyclic stock taking
- Pick, pack customer orders and complete relevant paperwork as required
- Ensure all activities are completed in a timely manner and liaise closely with other key stakeholders within the organisation, as well as external and internal customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction is achieved
- Provide great customer service with a high degree of professionalism and presentation
- Work in a professional and safe manner at all time and maintain all relevant mine inductions
Skills and Experience:
- Unrestricted Australian work rights
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing excellent customer service
