In The event of any charges alleged to be in dispute the Customer will pay for all other charges appearing on the statement of account on or before the due date.* Agree 7. If the amount shown to be payable on each Tax Invoice and / or statement of account is not paid to Industrial Demand Pty Ltd T/A Holdfast Fluid Power (HFP) on or before the Due Date such amount will be deemed to be overdue and Industrial Demand Pty Ltd T/A Holdfast Fluid Power (HFP) at its discretion, impose an account service fee. This service fee will be charged at the rate equivalent to the advertised compound interest rate charged by the ANZ Bank and to be compounded monthly.* Agree 8. Any expenses, cost or disbursement incurred by Industrial Demand Pty Ltd T/A Holdfast Fluid Power (HFP) in recovering any outstanding monies including debt collection fees and solicitor costs shall be paid by the Customer, providing that those fees do not exceed the scale charges as charged by that debt collection agency/solicitor plus any out of pocket expenses.* Agree 9.
